Please see below some of the most frequent questions our customers ask us regarding our serviced apartments and the services we provide.  If you have a question, which you cannot find an answer for, please do not hesitate to contact us 

We have a no smoking policy in all of our apartments, however, you can smoke in the outdoor designated areas, you will have door leading to the garden from the apartment living area where you can smoke

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in any of our apartments

The easiest way to book is by using the 'Book Online' button on our website this will take you directly to our booking page where you can add dates and also choose your desired apartment, alterntively you can call us on 07930979519

In order to complete the check in, you must bring a valid debit or credit card.  Along with this, you must have a photgraphic ID with address verification, i.e. driving license

We can accept cancellation 48 hours before with no charge.  If cancelled within 48 hours or no notice given we will charge 50% of the booking cost.  we will charge 50% of the stay that was remaining to cover our loss of business

All our apartments are one bedroom apartments, therefore we are able to allow two guests to sleep in the apartment.  Our policy is strict to maximum of two people in the apartment at any one time

We have free parking for all our customers free of charge and it is a secured car park with CCTV

Checkin time is between 2pm and 10pm – please call our reservations team in advance and we will endeavor to suite your needs. Check out is 11.00 am. If you would like to keep your apartment on after the checkout time there is a late checkout at £10 per hour, subject to the apartment being available – please ask for details
